I went back to Greenwood Cemetery to photograph the technicolor azaleas and came up with a faded grainy black and white instead.
Some of them are over a hundred years old and engulfing the gravestones with purple, pink and salmon flowers. We'd serve the dead better to plant life in the ground instead of a cold piece of stone some poor person hacked out of the earth so they could afford to eat. But that would make too much sense, be too circular and infinite for our weak religions.
MK got me all riled up about the RC church.
Never see stone flowers, I think. I'm going to keep an eye out from now on.
